Educational Holistic Wellness Program

This 4 week program is for you if you want to improve your overall health and well being, or if you have a particular health challenge such as stress or anxiety. It’s open to all adults regardless of age, gender, or level of fitness or flexibility.
Besides practicing slow, gentle yoga, you will learn about your body’s constitution and how different lifestyle and food choices can affect it. You will be given tips on how to improve and manage your overall health and well being from a holistic perspective using the principles and techniques of yoga and Ayurveda. You will also learn how to practice short, simple, gentle sequences and breathing techniques safely at home.
Yogagrin®’s programs are interactive, so you will be encouraged to ask questions. We believe there is no such thing as a silly question .
You will be given permission to move at your own pace and to leave out anything that doesn’t feel right for you. You will be in control.
