This 4 week program is open to all adults regardless of gender, level of fitness and flexibility, or yoga experience, and will help you to:

The next Wellness Program starts on Thursday, 16th May.

This program is for you if you want to improve your overall health and well being, or if you have a particular health challenge such as stress or anxiety.

You will learn about your body’s constitution and how different lifestyle and food choices can affect it.  You will be given tips on how to improve and manage your overall health and well being from a holistic perspective, using yoga techniques and knowledge of the science of Ayurveda. You will also learn how to practice short, simple, gentle yoga sequences and breathing techniques safely at home.

Yogagrin’s® programs are interactive, so you will be encouraged to ask questions.  We believe there is no such thing as a silly question 🙂

You will be given permission to move at your own pace and to leave out anything that doesn’t feel right for you. You will be in control.

WHEN:     Thursday evenings, 6:30pm – 8:00pm for 4 weeks, The May program is now full. The next program starts 20th June
