If you’re new to Yogagrin®, please fill out this registration form and bring it with you to your first session .


Tuesday evenings

1.5 hours per week (6 hours total over 4 weeks)

Booking and Payment Information

Yogagrin® sessions can book out fast. So, to avoid disappointment, please book your preferred session or sessions in advance. If you turn up for a session without having paid or made a booking, preference will be given to those who have prepaid so you may find the session is full.

If you’d like to book a special event class, please contact Jan to discuss your requirements.

There are lots of ways you can pay for your Yogagrin® sessions.

Pay in advance

The best way to secure your booking is by paying in advance. You can choose any of the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card or debit card (you can make your card payment using PayPal — you don’t need a PayPal account to do this)

If you attend a Yogagrin® session and decide to book in for additional sessions, you can also prepay in cash there and then.

Pay in person

Alternatively, you can book first and pay in cash for a single class on your scheduled day, or you can pay for a multi-class pass at your first class.

As bookings are only secured when payment is received, please note that preference will be given to customers that have pre-paid for a session. So, to avoid disappointment, your best option is to prepay using one of the above payment methods.

Yogagrin® is now offering sponsorship to those in need. A portion of every pass purchased will go towards subsidising classes for someone in financial difficulty.

If you would like to apply for sponsorship, please contact Jan with a brief summary of your circumstances. Your personal information will remain strictly confidential.

Sponsorship is offered at the discretion of the Principal.

In general, Yogagrin® doesn’t offer refunds once sessions have been paid for.

If you purchase a multi-class pass and you can’t attend a session you’ve booked, you can reschedule to another session that’s within your pass timeframe. For example, 5-class passes are valid for 8 weeks so you can book in for a replacement session any time within 8 weeks of your first, nominated, scheduled class. If you need to reschedule a class, please contact Jan as soon as possible so your place can be offered to someone else.

If you purchase a pass and find you’re unable to attend a Yogagrin® class, a refund may, in exceptional circumstances, be granted at the discretion of the Yogagrin® Principal. Please contact Jan as soon as possible if this applies to you.
